WHO IS HANEEN AL SAIFY ?

Haneen Alsaify is an entrepreneur and influencer who has successfully bridged the worlds of science, beauty, and cultural empowerment. With a background in chemical engineering and a strong foundation in research, Haneen brings a unique level of credibility and innovation to the beauty industry.

She graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2017, and her academic journey culminated in the publication of a petroleum engineering research paper in 2018 titled “Terminal Settling Velocity of a Single Sphere in Drilling Fluid.” This research reflected her early mastery of formulation dynamics—knowledge that would later become the foundation for her innovations in clean beauty.

After completing her academic phase, Haneen made a bold pivot into entrepreneurship and digital influence, driven by her passion for self-expression, storytelling, and empowering women. She built a strong digital community and recognized a gap in the market: the need for culturally relevant, science-backed, and aesthetically elevated beauty products tailored specifically to Arab women.

In 2020, she launched By Haneen Alsaify, a beauty brand grounded in clean formulations, regional cultural identity, and practical problem-solving. As the brand’s founder and creative director, Haneen leads product development, customer engagement, and regional expansion—proving that beauty can be both empowering and purposeful.

To elevate her strategic and global business expertise, Haneen pursued an Executive MBA at HEC Paris, one of the world’s leading business schools. Specializing in Luxury Management, she enriched her knowledge through international modules at:

  • SDA Bocconi School of Management (Milan): specializing in the Italian and European luxury landscape, retail systems, and heritage branding.
  • New York University (NYU): focusing on global luxury strategy, fashion innovation, and market disruption in the U.S. context.

This elite, multi-campus education equipped her with a global perspective on luxury markets, strategic leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of consumer psychology, branding, and value creation within the luxury sector.
